This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal data when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase or communicate with us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, and, for US residents, applicable state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

If there is any conflict between the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy prevails regarding the processing of personal data.

For example, we may use advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, and Shopify's tools for personalized advertising with third-party services based on your activity across stores and websites. These partners process your data under their own privacy policies.
  • When you ask us or authorize us to, for example to ship products to you or when you use embedded social widgets or logins.
  • With companies in our group, if any.
  • In the event of business transactions (such as a merger), to comply with legal obligations, to enforce our terms or to protect our rights and those of our users.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal data about your access and use in order to provide and improve the Services. The information you submit is transmitted to Shopify and to third parties that may be in other countries. We also use advanced Shopify features that combine data from your interactions with our store, with other merchants and with Shopify; in those cases, Shopify is responsible for that processing. We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the store working, remember your cart, measure how the store is used and measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

luciernagapets gestiona esta tienda y sitio web, incluidos toda la información, contenidos, funciones, herramientas, productos y servicios relacionados (los «Servicios»). La tienda funciona con Shopify. Esta Política de privacidad explica cómo recogemos, usamos y compartimos tus datos personales cuando visitas o usas los Servicios, realizas una compra o te comunicas con nosotros, de acuerdo con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD), la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) y, para residentes en Estados Unidos, las leyes estatales de privacidad aplicables, como la Ley de Privacidad del Consumidor de California (CCPA).

Con quién compartimos tus datos

  • Con Shopify y otros proveedores que prestan servicios en nuestro nombre (gestión informática, pagos, analítica, atención al cliente, almacenamiento en la nube, logística y envíos).
  • Con nuestros proveedores y socios logísticos, para que puedan enviarte tu pedido.
  • Con socios comerciales y de marketing para mostrarte publicidad. Por ejemplo, podemos usar herramientas publicitarias como el píxel de Meta (Facebook e Instagram) y las herramientas de Shopify para ofrecer publicidad personalizada con servicios de terceros según tu actividad en distintos comercios y sitios web. Estos socios tratan tus datos según sus propias políticas de privacidad.
  • Cuando tú nos lo pidas o lo autorices, por ejemplo para enviarte productos o al usar widgets de redes sociales o inicios de sesión integrados.
  • Con empresas de nuestro grupo, si las hubiera.

Relación con Shopify

Los Servicios están alojados por Shopify, que recoge y trata datos personales sobre tu acceso y uso para prestar y mejorar los Servicios. La información que envíes se transmite a Shopify y a terceros que pueden estar en otros países. Además, usamos funciones avanzadas de Shopify que combinan datos de tus interacciones con nuestra tienda, con otros comercios y con Shopify; en esos casos, Shopify es responsable de dicho tratamiento. Reclamaciones
